Before I go to bed I'm...Attitude is everything! Before I go to bed I'm usually extremely motivated for my morning run. When I wake up, however, I'd rather skip a day but I force myself and feel so good afterward. I've heard from experienced runners even that there will always be days when you just truly hate getting up and going on that run.<br /><br />You are doing great and the key is to stick with it and to never find any excuses.
