This is my first-ever giveaway! I have wanted to do a giveaway on my blog for the longest time but have been so indecisive about what to get. My biggest worry is that everyone will think the items I’m giving away are lame and nobody will enter.
Well, I threw all that worry out the door as I headed to Target on Friday to look for fun things to put in a little holiday giveaway. It’s not anything exciting, but I had so much fun strolling through Target, throwing things in my cart that I think my lovely blog readers would like.
I recently hit 100 followers (through Friend Connect) which is such a huge milestone for me. I love every single one of you to bits and pieces, even the lurkers. (I have lurkers! How cool!) I blogged for so long with nobody reading or commenting that the fact that I can write a blog post and know people are reading and connecting with what I say? It’s amazing.
Here’s what you can win!
1 – Greenroom small notebook, made of 70% recycled material
2 – A three-pack of Uni-Ball Fusion pens in violet, pink, and blue
3 – Nicole by OPI nail polish, in “It’s Possible!”
4 – A sparkly headband
There are multiple ways to enter:
1. Leave a comment, telling me what you’re most looking forward to this Christmas. Only you can’t say “family” or “giving gifts.” Be creative! (1 entry)
2. Follow me on Twitter and leave a comment saying you do. (1 entry)
3. Tweet about the giveaway and leave a comment with a link to the tweet. (1 entry)
4. Blog about the giveaway and leave a comment with a link to the post. (3 entries)

Cool! :) I'm most looking forward to all the great food this Christmas, and lots of time spent chilling out and knitting! I only work two days this week and I'm going to try to make it a big extended weekend :)
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to drinking the best hot chocolate of my life and eating hot pot on Christmas.
ReplyDeleteAnnnddd I follow you on twitter :)
I'm most looking forward to sleeping in, relaxing, and getting gifts. Sounds selfish but I never spend money on myself during the year and my family goes all-out on gifts for Christmas! So I get really excited about it. Of course, the best part is family but you said I can't say that. :)
ReplyDeleteOh! And I follow you on Twitter. :)
ReplyDeleteOoh, this is a good give-away : ) I'm looking forward to making molasses crinkle cookies, wrapping presents, playing board games with family, and watching lots of movies....
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Congrats on the 100 mark, that's fantastic. This Christmas, I'm looking forward to the Doctor Who Christmas Special of course!! :D
ReplyDeleteOkay first off, I follow you on Twitter! (I'll have to tweet about this tonight - I can't access Twitter at work).
ReplyDeleteAnd the thing I'm most looking forward to on Christmas this year? Learning how to make rolls. My mother-in-law makes AMAZING rolls but only does it twice a year (Christmas and birthdays for each of her kids), and she's going to teach me how to make them. I'm excited to learn, and I think it's going to make my husband love me even more. (Seriously. He's crazy about these rolls).
ReplyDeleteI blogged about the giveaway....

I am most looking forward to Christmas because Wednesday will be over and Wednesday is a big day for us! I also follow you on the Twit.
ReplyDeleteI've got to say that what I'm most looking forward to is family related--I hope that's okay! My semi-invalid grandfather is coming to Texas from Florida to visit for the first time since all of his cancers, accidents, and surgeries. This will be a kind of trial run for my parents to see how he does living with them, and I'm kind of excited!

ReplyDeleteGreat giveaway!
I'm looking forward to baking some delicious treats -- cookies, cheesecake cookie cups....

ReplyDeleteWheee, fun! I'm not aaaactually looking forward to Christmas because the holiday itself is quite boring for me... but my mom & I are planning, like all good Jews on Christmas, to go to the movies, so I'm looking forward to seeing "The Fighter." Love me some Christian Bale!
ReplyDeleteChristmas also means just a week until New Year's, when I'll be in D.C. with all my best friends to celebrate. Can't wait for THAT!
And I follow you on Twitter, of course!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to going HOME and spending 10 whole days in my hometown that I haven't visited since July! And also seeing family and friends (see how I snuck that in there ;) )
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to having Daphne run around like crazy in untouched snow! As weird as that may sound, there's a bunch of untouched snow at the mother-in-law's house and Daphne's bonkers for snow. lol!
And I follow you on Twitter (@KaraChow)

Yay! What a great giveaway! I love what you picked out!
ReplyDeleteI am honestly most looking forward to sleeping in this Christmas (break). I get up at 4:30 every week day, and I. AM. TIRED. ;)
I follow you on twitter.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the first blog giveaway :D
ReplyDeleteThis Christmas I am most looking forward to (and currently enjoying) time away from school. My first semester back was mentally exhausting and my brain is taking a well deserved break!!
I'm excited to eat my dad's lasagna...he makes the best lasagna, and since I don't eat the traditional Christmas ham, I always request lasagna!
ReplyDeleteI follow on twitter!

ReplyDeleteI tweeted about it but I'm Twit-illiterate so I don't know how to send you a link! I hope you saw it!!!
ReplyDeleteVery fun giveaway Stephany! I'm most looking forward to sleeping in on Christmas morning (my family does their big get together/dinner Christmas Eve). Then we get up around 10 or 11, have breakfast and leisurely open presents.
ReplyDeleteI'm also really looking forward to watching "A Christmas Story" all day on Christmas Eve.
Okay, I'm going to enter, but you should know I already have the Uni-Ball pens. My cousin has turned me into a pen freak - I love them! And I'm most looking forward to the food - always the food. My Nana always makes her fabulous BaNANA pudding - haha, get it? ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to the surprise gift that my aunt got for my dad - a leg nightlight like the leg lamp from A Christmas Story that she plans to wrap in a big, big box. Also, I can't wait to play the game my cousin and I bought that has trivia from the movie. (Can you tell we're a little obsessed with it? :P)
ReplyDeleteHonestly, this Christmas. My Crock Pot and new dishes. I already know that I'm getting them and I just can't wait. I'm also getting a crock pot cookbook, and with a whole month of no school. I plan to accomplish one of my goals; cooking 26 new meals. EEkk.
ReplyDeleteStrange, but that's what I'm looking forward to the most.
I'm looking forward to Christmas movies!
ReplyDeleteI already follow you on twitter! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to Christmas being over (does that count?) so I can go to NYC for New Years Eve! So. Excited! :)
ReplyDeletePS. Congrats on 100 followers!
I follow you on Twitter!
ReplyDeleteUm, those items are totally not lame! I love them all and thus I'm entering. Have I told you that I love that you're doing Holiday Week!? Cause I do!
ReplyDeleteI'm most looking forward to making lasagna on Christmas, ha! Traditions are funny, but love it so!
ReplyDelete(First of all, holy moly on the 40+ comments!)
ReplyDeleteWhat I'm looking forward to the most this Christmas (which is actually today...hehe) is starting new traditions with new family. It's my brother and his wife's first Christmas together & they've started exchanging gifts on the 25th morning with each other instead of our usual 24th at midnight, so my mom and I are going to do the same thing. It's just the two of us so maybe we'll start something special for just us two for the next few years! Time to go unwrap gifts now :) Merry Christmas!!
I'm looking forward to getting my Bose Soundock for my ipod - and my mother in law's dressing!
